With Rock This Moon the funky "Steely Dan Duo" from Sweden puts forth a stylin' mix of jazz-soul and funky rock spiked with funny, out-of-the-ordinary lyrics. We particularly like the wry, laid back grooves of "I Wish I Could Write Lyrics Like Bob Dylan" and the instrumental "Where's The Beef?" as well as the stunning ballad "Time Flies Away" featuring Swedish vocalist Helena "Lilling" Palmeklint. Includes backing performances by some of Stockholm's finest musicians including Hans Olofsson and Asa Henrksson, who do an absolutely fantastic job on horns.
